Marketing Results took the top spot at the 2016 Las Vegas Digital Media Awards, receiving the Best Mobile Execution award. The awards ceremony, hosted by the Las Vegas Innovation Marketing Association (LVIMA), recognizes the best digital marketing campaigns and emerging media technologies.

MRI developed the mobile app for Little Creek Casino Resort in Washington.  It serves as a complete communication solution to enable casino players to view account details and manage all aspects of their relationship with the property. The mobile app provides players with a single resource for information they would normally obtain from multiple channels. It consolidates information from the players club, direct marketing, promotional kiosks and hosts in one convenient location.

“We are so excited and honored for the recognition of the hard work that’s been put into our mobile app.” said Craig Border, Vice President of Database Marketing. “Our whole team is incredibly proud of the product and we’re working on multiple app implementations at casinos throughout North America.  We research customers and gaming operators on an ongoing basis and incorporate their feedback into improving functionality and convenience in the casino app. In addition, we design custom apps used by Tribal governments to open dialogue and communicate pertinent community information exclusively to their members.”

Las Vegas Innovation Marketing Association (LVIMA) is an association of marketing and media professionals in Las Vegas and has been hosting educational and networking events within the interactive marketing community since 2004.  The organization provides resources to Las Vegas professionals, with an emphasis on digital and interactive marketing, advertising, media and technology.
