FULL-TIME MULTIMEDIA DESIGNER
Marketing Results, a marketing company in Sicklerville, NJ, is looking for an experienced designer to work on a wide range of multimedia projects, including consumer and b-to-b websites, mobile sites, html emails and landing pages. Candidates should show exceptional design skills, a solid understanding of effective user interface design, and the ability to build site pages and emails using HTML and CSS. Experience with Flash animation, ActionScript, Javascript and integrating content management systems a plus. Designer must have the ability to generate new creative ideas as well as execute own and others’ design concepts.

Job Requirements:

4 yr. degree (preferred) and/or art school with relevant coursework
3–5 years of professional experience
Comfortable with the Macintosh platform along with all of the following applications: Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Flash and MS Office
Proficient in coding standards-compliant HTML and CSS that renders properly in all major browsers and email clients
Work well with others in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines
Strong independent work skills
Able to listen carefully and take direction
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, spelling and punctuation
Highly detail oriented; excellent organizational skills
Fun to work with and someone who is committed to making a difference
