River Rock Casino Website
River Rock employed a website primarily focused on their location in wine country. They requested a contemporary site that better reflected the casino and their new brand image, along with functionality to improve the player's experience.
Marketing Results developed a new site design and structure that offers simple navigation to any area of the site with the most frequently used features (based on Google Analytics data) prominently displayed on the page. A secure, players club login was developed enabling players to view current offers and promotional entries, print win/loss forms and update their contact preferences. Once the site design and content were complete, the entire site was translated to Spanish, followed by Traditional Chinese to address these key customer groups.
